This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience.The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients.Duties & Responsibilities:Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.Regular client meetings/updates.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Position RequirementsJuris Doctorate.Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).Provides exceptional client service.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.Hybrid, but In-Office (NJ - Mount Laurel) for training.Compensation Details: $90k-100k per year - The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.Benefits Details- Brock & Scott, PLLC offers an attractive benefit package to full-time employees at the 90-day introductory period. The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness, all at competitive rates. The Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost.Full-time employees receive paid holidays and accrue paid time off equal to 2 weeks during a full calendar year. This increases after 2 years, and again after 5 years of employment.
