What the Job InvolvesOur teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighborhoods across the Boston area. Outreach representatives speak with people about important nonprofit campaigns and invite them to become monthly supporters. ScheduleThis position works best for candidates looking for consistent full-time hours. Shifts are 8-hour shifts scheduled between 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM To ensure strong team consistency, new hires must be able to commit to: Minimum 4 full shifts per week Minimum 32 hours per week Weekday and weekend shifts are available. What We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort speaking with new people Positive attitude and reliability Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work Ability to work outdoors and on their feet Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, sales, fundraising, advocacy, volunteering, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
