Retail Sales Coordinator

Snap Supplements is hiring for a Retail Sales Coordinator position.Compensation range: $28 - $31/hrPosition OverviewThe Retail Sales Coordinator plays a critical support role for our retail sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, administrative processes, and customer-facing initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable supporting cross-functional projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage retail sales orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare, track, and submit retail sales paperwork, forms, and account documentationMail and coordinate distribution of marketing materials, samples, and sales collateralProvide administrative support to the retail sales team, including scheduling and coordinationAssist with retail account submissions, onboarding materials, and ongoing account maintenanceSupport trade shows and sales events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site or remote assistance as neededMaintain organized records, trackers, and reporting toolsCollaborate across departments to support ad hoc projects as assignedCross-Functional SupportCross-train to assist with international sales support and documentationProvide administrative and organizational support for regulatory needs and submissionsSupport special projects and initiatives as business needs evolveRequired QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in retail sales support, sales coordination, or administrative rolesExperience supporting trade shows or sales eventsFamiliarity with retail account submissions or sales operations is a plusWork EnvironmentIn-office position preferredFast-paced, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and cross-training
