We are seeking a results-driven Interim Assistant Hospital Manager to lead operations in a high-volume emergency and specialty hospital during a 3–6 month assignment. This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on leader who can quickly assess operations, stabilize teams, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day operational leadership to ensure continuity of care and efficient workflows Lead, coach, and support clinical and support department teams and leads Optimize staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage Identify gaps and implement process improvements for better patient care and team performance Oversee and standardize training and SOPs across departments Partner with leadership to drive alignment, communication, and accountability Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met What We’re Looking For 2+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary or clinical setting Proven ability to support hospital operations and lead teams under the leadership of the Hospital Director.
