Part-time Field Technician

Contract: 3 days, 8 hours a dayLocation: Sacramento & ModestoPay: $25-30/hrStart date: May 12thBenefits: The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, & PTOWe’re looking for field technician to travel to different dealerships 2 days a week to act as an onsite IT presence, solve basic IT & printer issues within the dealers for end-users. Provide support for dealership employees & executives as needed. This will be a part time, short term, contract onsite traveling to sites across Tracy, Modesto, & Sacramento.MUST HAVES:Experience deploying new or replacement Windows PC’sAct as IT presence to dealership managementPrior experience solving basic troubleshooting ticketsSomeone who is patient, professional, and has excellent customer serviceTroubleshooting printer issuesTypical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities): Provide day to day support for end users at the various dealerships, work with helpdesk team for ongoing tickets, partner with them when needed.Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification: 2-5 years of experienceAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
