Processing Lead

Run open order report to see what we have in the day. (computer knowledge). Allocate orders to their drivers to start process them. Follow appointments time to complete them on time. Print orders (Labels and packing list ) (knowledge of a scanner) Put back on inventory orders cancelled. Manage their team (scanners / General workers and drivers) . Process small parcel orders. Follow up safety assignments in processing department. Send end of day report Send a recap to inform next shift of what is pending. Maintain communication (emails, Radio) with the office and other areas about their department. Keep processing area clean and organize. (driving knowledge). Follow up whit the team to make sure all orders are complete on time.
