Senior Program Manager (Project Manager)14-month contractHybrid/Onsite in Maple Grove, MNMust be able to work on a W2SummaryOur client, a Fortune 500 medical technology company, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support their Global Regulatory Services organization. This individual will lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management, excels at collaborating across multiple business functions, and is comfortable presenting program updates to senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead complex and high-impact programs within the Global Regulatory Services organization.Develop, manage, and execute program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Establish, review, and own program charters while partnering with executive sponsors to define objectives and gain approval.Monitor program progress, evaluate performance against goals, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.Identify program risks, resolve issues proactively, and minimize project delays.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across multiple business units and project workstreams.Lead program meetings, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.Develop presentations and provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.Lead teams in developing sustainable processes and procedures that ensure long-term success of program outcomes.Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the organization's program management methodology and governance standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience.Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.Experience managing risks, resolving issues, and driving projects to successful completion.Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Experience presenting project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or highly regulated environments is preferred.PMP certification or other project management certification is a plus.
