Visit www.bolderindustries.com to learn more.Key DutiesMonitor plant operations through control room software and communicate necessary actions to shift team members.Track and log regular activities and operational systems data Troubleshoot system issues and perform basic repairs and/or engage the maintenance team to perform repairsPerform regular product quality checks and lab tests, record data and report deviations to shift supervisor or leadershipConsult with team members and make ongoing adjustments to systems, as needed, to ensure production and quality goals are metOperating a forklift daily Maintaining a clean and safe work environmentOther tasks as requested by Management Requirements And QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStanding for long periods of time and lifting 50 pounds consistentlyClimbing stairs and laddersEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks for self and team and follow specified procedures to comply with health and safety standardsAbility to meet the physical requirements of the jobHigh energy level, team player, excellent work ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision.Able to develop and enhance relationships with co-workers and other plant personnelMust be flexible and able to change directions quickly due to ever-changing customer needsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsBasic computer skills with Google systems experienceForklift experience preferred Location: Terre Haute, Indiana (in-facility only, remote not available)ReportingRole will report directly to the Shift SupervisorScheduleFull-time, 12-hour shifts, day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) availableIncentives & BenefitsGenerous employee and family health, dental and vision insurance401k benefits Service awards and performance-based incentivesThe ability to make a lasting, positive impact on our environment while working with an engaged team in a supportive working environment. Training and advancement opportunities Work ConditionsThe manufacturing plant environment may be hot, noisy, with carbon black and oil present. Product streams include a carbon black stream, a liquid hydrocarbon oil stream, and a hydrocarbon vapor stream. Process equipment will be installed indoors and outdoors and will be at different levels. Access to this equipment will be via stairways and/or ladders.
