Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will provide full-time onsite oversight of EPC construction activities to ensure the project is built in accordance with approved design documents, safety standards, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Daily oversight of EPC construction activitiesManage OE field team and coordinate with Owner's PMTrack site progress, manpower, and schedule adherenceConduct site safety walkdowns and verify complianceValidate contractor progress and milestone completionIssue daily and weekly construction reportsCoordinate commissioning readiness and punch list closureRequirements10+ years utility-scale solar construction experienceStrong knowledge of solar EPC construction practicesExperience managing large solar site construction teamsOSHA safety knowledge required
