Key Responsibilities
Assembled components according to print drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Verified correct materials and parts against work orders prior to assembly
Performed in-process quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and compliance
Reported safety concerns and quality issues promptly to leadership (Cell Lead, Set-Up Technician, Supervisor)
Rotated across multiple work cells and machines to support production needs
Calculated and maintained takt time to meet production targets and efficiency standards
Packaged completed assemblies into containers for shipment
Tools & Equipment
Operated hand and production tools including:
Rivet gun
Sonic welder (handheld)
Hot air welder
Glue gun and glue line
Manual hot wire bender
Gained working knowledge of shop equipment:
Drill press
Band saw
Baler
Training & Compliance
Completed training in print reading, tape measurement, and production processes
Accurately completed production paperwork and documentation
Followed all safety procedures and PPE requirements in accordance with standard work guidelines
Participated in Continuous Improvement (CI) and 5S initiatives to improve workflow and organization
Qualifications
Ability to read blueprints/print drawings and use a tape measure accurately
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation (6+ months)
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
