Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty:CVICU Discipline:RN Start Date:04/13/2026 Duration:13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift:12 hours, days Employment Type:Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2448.00Opportunity:RN - CVICUJob Details:• Work 3x12 hour day shifts with every other weekend requirement• Float required to ICU first, then step down units, and then medical-surgical units as needed• Minimum 2 years CVICU experience in Academic Medical Center required• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified groups of patients in inpatient environment• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to primarily adult population• Provide care and management for cardiac surgery patients• IABP, Impella, and ECMO experience preferred if possible• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations required• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required• Associate's degree in nursing required (Bachelor's degree preferred)• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from participating NLC state required• Required certifications: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS), AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)• English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing requiredFacility:This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive academic medical center that provides advanced cardiovascular care services.
