COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Service Administrator / ComplianceJob Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work in Compliance Engine and multiple portals to upload and verify inspectionsWork with various Fire Marshalls for inspection submissions, by phone, email and in-personOversee the compliance for the Houston and other growing officesPoint of Contact for reporting inspection tags and maintaining recordsWork with the internal Service and Inspection team to gain information to present clear resolutions to any concernsAdditional DutiesAnswer phones – back-up on phones and designated days to cover receptionist lunch breakBackup for other Admin(s), as neededKnowledge:High school diploma is requiredBachelor's Degree is preferredWork Experience:Safety and Compliance experience within the fire protection industry highly preferredCustomer Service Experience, both internally and externallyExperienced in Compliance Engine or similar portal for submissions highly preferredFollowing the process and procedure experience, or revising experienceSkills and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsDetail oriented with excellent organization skillsAbility to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease and other software required by the CompanyAbility to maintain accurate and auditable recordsAbility to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environmentAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityAbility to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
