DSP / GPS / GNSS / INS Embedded Software / Firmware Engineer (Algorithm Developer)

Overview In this role you will design, simulate, and prototype digital communication and navigation systems, focusing on GPS/GNSS and INS algorithms. You will work across diverse projects within a hands-on, collaborative team to advance signal processing techniques and reconfigurable navigation processing. Your work includes performance analysis, research, and documenting results for customers and colleagues. You will contribute to cutting-edge navigation technology and gain exposure to cross-disciplinary engineering. ResponsibilitiesDesign, simulate, and prototype digital communication systems and GPS/GNSS receiversAnalyze signal processing performance using MATLAB, Python, or similar toolsConduct research on advanced signal processing and GPS technologyDocument results in briefings and technical reports for customers and colleaguesCollaborate across diverse projects in a hands-on environment Key requirements5+ years of experience in digital signal processing, GPS/GNSS positioning, or related navigation techniquesProficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or VHDLExperience with IMU/INS algorithm design and developmentKnowledge of vehicle trajectory modeling and estimation theory (Kalman Filtering)Strong written and verbal communication skillsEligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship)strong written and verbal communicationhands-on willingness to learnability to work with engineers from diverse backgroundsMATLABC/C++Python
