It partners with advocacy groups, grassroots organizers, and electoral campaigns to develop tactics aimed at winning elections and shifting power over the long term. The organization has conducted over 100 randomized control trials on voter behavior and supports hundreds of organizations in increasing their impact.About the Opportunity:The Program Management Associate for the 2026 Election Cycle will support internal voter turnout and persuasion programs, enhancing the effectiveness and reputation of the organization’s core initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of program design, research, and campaign services, contributing to the broader goal of advancing progressive power through data-driven strategies.Responsibilities:• Draft messaging aligned with voter turnout and persuasion program goals.• Assist in experiment design and asset creation alongside leadership.• Support election, voter turnout, and persuasion research as needed.• Collaborate with other departments for comprehensive research.• Follow project management workflows, meet deadlines, and communicate obstacles.• Coordinate across teams to execute internal and client programs.• Manage project management and communication systems.• Help develop documentation and automation to improve project efficiency.• Contribute to program launches and provide process feedback.• Assist in preparing program reports and results presentations.• Collaborate across teams to meet program and client objectives.• Occasionally provide project management support for cross-functional teams.Requirements:• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations, including internships.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Clear written and verbal communication, including documentation.• Attention to detail in deliverables and timelines.• Analytical mindset with ownership and willingness to learn.• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and systems.• Experience with voter turnout or persuasion campaigns.• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad.• Alignment with the organization’s mission to build progressive power.Preferred:• Experience with Randomized Controlled Trials and large-scale text campaigns.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base salary of $60,000–$69,000 (Level 1).• $2,000 cycle-completion bonus for staying through Election Day.• $700/month pre-tax work-life stipend during peak work period.Benefits & Perks:• Health, dental, and vision insurance.• 401(k) matching.• Remote-first culture with nationwide team.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
