If you enjoy meeting new people, genuinely care about customer service, and have a commitment to safety and like variety at work, come help us save the world "One Lug at a Time"!Responsibilities:Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local lawsServe as the point person in the field for both management and your fellow LuggersHelp maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues and truck cleaningMaintain and reinforce a safety culture at The JunkluggersAssist in training new hires in subordinate rolesProvide operational support when needed, such as dispatching, work in shop, etc.Support recruiting of new team members and promote company valuesQualifications:Customer facing job requires: ability to lead 2 person team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to use company supplied tablet, selling skills, ability and desire to execute jobs efficientlyAttention to detail in understanding truck operation, maintenance, and careExhibit a strong safety attitude and be assertive with others when enforcing safety practices and other company policiesConfident and courageous in reporting infractions, accidents, or other issues to managementAbility to work full-time, including some SaturdaysValid MI Chauffer's driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle recordAbility to lift and carry 80 lbs, repeatedlyCompensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
