And I probably need to start writing more straightforward job postingsAbout This RoleOutcode is seeking a highly creative and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team of product-building wizards. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and refining user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and easy to use. You'll work closely with our clients, design team, product owners, and developers to ensure that our client's products are as user-friendly.QualificationsDegree in UX/UI, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or equivalent degree in UX/UI design. Minimum of 2-6 years experience in UX/UI or Digital Design role, working in-house or in an agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Knowledge of Mobile apps, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions Sense of humor is a must (no pun intended) ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications that will make users say "Wow, this is so easy to use, I didn't even have to think!" Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that will make our clients say "Wow, this is exactly what we had in mind!" Research and understand industry UI/UX trends and strategies that will make users say "Wow, this is exactly what I needed!" Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and maybe even start a few of your own! Work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
