This individual will play a key role in shaping our mobile strategy, contributing hands-on to development, and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.This is a great opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives in both technical leadership and hands-on development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 3–4 mobile engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentArchitect, design, and develop advanced Android applications using KotlinProvide technical guidance and establish best practices, code reviews, and development standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend teamsDrive mobile architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performanceContribute to both Android and cross-platform/mobile ecosystem considerationsStay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and trendsRequired Qualifications8+ years of mobile development experience, with a strong focus on AndroidProven experience in a technical leadership or team lead roleExpertise in:Kotlin & JavaAndroid StudioJetpack ComposeMVVM architectureDependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger/Hilt)Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patternsExperience leading development efforts and delivering production-ready applicationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with iOS development technologies, including:Swift / SwiftUIObjective-CXcodeCross-platform or multi-platform development experienceStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processesWhat We’re Looking ForA hands-on leader who enjoys coding as much as guiding othersSomeone who can balance technical depth with team leadershipA proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and accountabilityPassion for building high-quality, user-centric mobile applications
