Medical Oncologist

About this role As a Medical Oncologist at our Billings Frontier Cancer Center, you will work with a team of three board‑certified oncologists alongside radiation and gynecologic oncologists, always putting patients first. Throughout the day you will collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and support staff to provide full‑spectrum care and high‑quality patient experiences. Competitive Compensation: $600,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), potential for a residency stipend and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). PSLF eligible. Practice at our Frontier Cancer Center in Billings, Montana. Join a well‑respected, established group of oncology providers. Clinic conveniently located minutes from Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital. Scheduled patient panel, consultant practice, hospitalist admit & discharge. Ability to see different types of cancers. Mixture of oncology and hematology with focus on oncology. Opportunity to partake in clinical trials. Very infrequent weekend & night call. Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and program support. Great team dynamic. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite. What you’ll bring MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine. Residency trained in Internal Medicine. Fellowship trained in oncology. Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline. Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or ability to obtain one. Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process successfully. We accept J1 and H1B waiver candidates.
