We build standardized ADU models with guaranteed all-in pricing, serving homeowners in LA, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.About the RoleWe're hiring a Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations across 4–6 active ADU projects at a time. You'll be the person making sure our sites run on schedule, pass inspection the first time, and meet our quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage subcontractors and tradespeople across multiple active sitesSchedule city inspections and ensure projects pass the first timePerform QA/QC on completed work and coordinate with our admin team on payment approvalsCoordinate with our procurement team on material deliveries and stagingReport project progress, issues, and timeline updates to the management teamMaintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local building codesConduct daily site walks and document progress with photos and written updatesQualifications3+ years of experience as a superintendent, lead, or foreman on residential projects (ADU, single-family, or small multifamily preferred)Strong working knowledge of SoCal building codes and inspection processesProven ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneouslyComfortable holding subs accountable and enforcing schedule and quality standardsProficient with mobile tools for scheduling, reporting, and photo documentationValid California driver's license and reliable vehicleBilingual English/Spanish is a plus
