Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technologies.Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily.Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly.Qualifications:Willing to work a five-day workweek in the office that includes Saturdays, with a different day off during the weekSelf-starter mentality and ambitious spirit necessaryReady to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improvePhenomenal communication skills with customers and team membersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearancePrevious experience in automotive sales or automotive internet sales experience is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills.
