Warranty Administrator
Gerald Hyundai is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in North Aurora.
Ability to learn and understand the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer representatives.
Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
Monitors for abuse and fraud including excessive diagnosis and straight time.
Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims, correct all errors, and resubmit claims.
Provides daily reports to the management team regarding claim status.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year previous warranty administrative experience.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work in a team environment.
DealerTrack experience preferred.
Kia or Hyundai experience is a plus but not required.
