Program Manager 2

Overview In this role you will oversee end-to-end program execution for medium to large, complex projects at Draper, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will serve as the primary customer liaison and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet scope and requirements. You will manage risks, opportunities, and supplier performance while fostering an inclusive, high-morale team environment. The role supports growth through new business and expanded technology collaborations, contributing to Draper’s mission of delivering usable, impactful solutions.
