This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys leading teams on the floor.What You’ll Do:Recruit, interview, and hire warehouse associates and support staffPartner with managers to understand hiring needsBuild candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and community outreachCoordinate onboarding and new hire orientationsSupport employees and act as the onsite point of contactWhat We’re Looking For:Fluent in English and Spanish/and or Haitian CreolePrevious recruiting or staffing experience (warehouse or light industrial preferred)Strong people skills – you enjoy building connectionsOrganized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plusReliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite
