API Operations Engineer

Role Overview The API Operations Engineer will provide 24x7x365 monitoring and production operations across the legacy and new gateway environments, perform incident triage and P1 response within ServiceNow SLAs, deliver root cause analysis, execute patch and vulnerability remediation support, maintain performance dashboards and reporting, run backup/restore and DR testing, and perform post change smoke testing. What You Will Do Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of the EAG platform, execute day‑to‑day production operations, perform incident triage and response, deliver root cause analysis, execute patch and vulnerability remediation support, maintain performance dashboards, and execute backup/restore procedures.
