Dispatcher / Customer ServiceAlbany, NY$22 to $26 hourlyMain Responsibilities:Effectively route technicians to service calls, maximizing efficiency and productivity using dispatch management tools in a manner that exceeds customer expectations and/or service level agreementsServe as the primary point of contact for technicians within a geographic market or territoryFacilitate technician performance to maximize productivity and profitability through effective call clustering and routing to control cost, enhance efficiency, and meet commitmentsBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years' experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or restaurant managementIntermediate experience in Microsoft Office / Windows-based environmentPreferred Qualifications:Ability to learn unique and proprietary softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious SAP experienceSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
