Required Skills and Abilities
Background in Construction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including writing and editing experience.
Must possess the ability to communicate easily the required ideas or concept and tailor responses to client
specifications.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal customers.
Ability to build relationships and maintain collaboration among multiple internal stakeholders.
Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to proactively support customer needs and requirements.
Analytical ability with attention to detail. Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, and discrepancies through defined methods.
Ability to identify, assess, and resolve simple to moderate issues by following defined policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet competing deadlines, including prioritizing multiple tasks.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Resourceful thinking.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
