About the RoleAn established final expense insurance brokerage (~8 years, ~100,000 clients) is hiring a field-based Outside Sales Rep to meet seniors in their homes and help them select final expense life insurance coverage.This is a fully supported role — they provide leads, pre-set appointments, CRM, scripts, training, coaching, and carrier access. You focus on selling.What's Provided~100 leads/week + 20+ pre-set appointmentsiPad, CRM, and proven sales scriptsAI-reviewed presentations + ongoing coachingDedicated appointment-setting teamResponsibilitiesRun face-to-face presentations in clients' homesDoor knock non-set leads while in the fieldManage a structured weekly scheduleSubmit applications via CRM and carrier portalsTrack KPIs and participate in coaching sessionsIdeal Background Payroll/HR software (ADP, Paychex, Paycom), uniform/route sales (Cintas, UniFirst), industrial/MRO (Fastenal, Grainger, Hilti), pharma/medical devices, in-home/home improvement, pest control, or any structured B2B/B2C field sales role.
