Job Description
We are seeking a Traveling Business Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and must be willing to travel to Birmingham office two days out of the week (travel expenses will be covered).Responsibilities:Work remotely for two days and travel to the on-site Birmingham, AL office on remainder two days of the week . (travel compensation provided)Draft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills
