Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.Location:RemoteResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain secure AWS and Azure GovCloud environmentsBuild scalable, highly available infrastructure for mission critical applicationsImplement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templatesConfigure and manage cloud networking including VPCs, subnets, VPNs, peering, and security groupsAdminister IAM and role based access control while enforcing least privilege principlesSupport hybrid and multi cloud architecturesApply Zero Trust Architecture principles across cloud environmentsLead and support Authority to Operate activities including SSP, SAR, and POA&M developmentMaintain compliance with DoD RMF, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, and IL-4 and IL-5 requirementsPartner with cybersecurity teams to implement required security controlsMonitor and optimize compute, storage, and networking resources for performance and cost efficiencySupport continuous monitoring and compliance effortsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent hands‑on cloud engineering experienceExperience designing and managing AWS and Azure cloud environmentsStrong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and virtualizationHands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationExperience supporting DoD or federal cloud environmentsExperience contributing to or leading ATO efforts in a regulated environmentWorking knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, and FedRAMPDesired Skills and ExperienceExperience supporting IL-4 or IL-5 environmentsExperience with cross domain solutionsBackground supporting intelligence, defense, or combatant command missionsExperience in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or DockerFamiliarity with cost optimization and cloud performance tuning strategiesExperience in multi cloud architecture designCertificationsRequired: DoD 8570 or 8140 compliant certification such as Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalentPreferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Security Specialty, Certified Kubernetes AdministratorClearance RequirementCandidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
