Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.ᅟThis position supports the Hope Squad in outreach initiatives that promote a campus culture of equality, safety, and mental health awareness.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and implementing Hope Squad outreach initiativesAttend the weekly Hope Squad classBecome familiar with Hope Squad regulations, procedures, and missionCoordinate efforts with various campus departmentsHelp create informative and engaging posters, flyers, videos, and other promotional materialsUse office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computersDemonstrate leadership by fulfilling assigned program responsibilities and organizational rolesAssist with planning and creating content for public outreach, including (but not limited to) social media accounts, posters, flyers, emails, and surveysHOPE Squad leads will exemplify kind and courteous treatment of others, professional behavior around sensitive topics, and supportive treatment to all students.EducationHigh SchoolWork Experience1 year relevant work experiencePhysical DemandsTypical office environmentBase Rate Per Hour:16.00
