Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Attorney

A highly reputable client is seeking a talented mid-to-senior level attorney to join its dynamic corporate practice focused on technology, life sciences, or consumer good driven businesses. This role offers the opportunity to both collaborate with deal teams and independently lead key aspects of complex transactions.The ideal candidate will have experience advising companies across a broad range of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving both private and public companies.
