The candidate should have knowledge of basic group leadership principles and techniques; principles of caring for and rehabilitating residents; basic therapeutic techniques utilized with residents; physical and psychological problems of residents; methods of identifying and referring persons with alcohol, drug or behavioral related problems to the appropriate discipline; and principles of organizing group living for large numbers of people.Applications may be screened and only the most qualified candidates will be invited for an interview.
