This role will serve as a key cross-functional partner across accounting, finance, and systems teams, while becoming a subject matter expert in master data governance, foreign exchange analysis, entity structure management, and consolidation processes within Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport governance, maintenance, and cleanup of master data across financial systemsPerform monthly financial consolidations using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)Ensure SOX compliance related to consolidation activities and financial reporting processesAnalyze the impact of foreign exchange fluctuations on P&L and balance sheet accountsAssist with implementation and enhancement of master data governance applicationsPartner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and systems teams to drive automation and process improvement initiativesSupport entity mergers, dissolutions, and functional currency changesAssist with financial systems integrations related to acquisitions and organizational changesHelp optimize and streamline month-end close processesCommunicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field4+ years of accounting experience2+ years of experience in:Financial consolidationsMaster data governanceInternational accountingExperience working with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)Strong Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Cloud products such as:EDMCSFCCSExperience supporting system implementations or upgradesOracle R12 experienceBig 4, consulting, or multinational audit experienceCPA certification or actively pursuing CPAExperience driving process improvements and automation initiativesAbility to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects simultaneouslyIdeal Candidate BackgroundCandidates with experience in:Global consolidationsMultinational accounting environmentsForeign exchange accountingFinancial systems governanceERP and consolidation platformsSOX-compliant accounting environments
