About the Role:This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Aspen Core. As an Overland Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, fostering an engaging, elevated, and fun shopping experience. In doing so, you will meet or exceed company KPIs, grow your client network, and grow the business within the Aspen market. Additional tasks include visual merchandising, keeping the store clean, and processing shipping orders.Responsibilities:Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, takes direction from store manager Thrives on new challenges and adjusts to unexpected changes Manage time and workload effectively to meet responsibilities Contribute to harmony in the workplace Schedule flexibility, day/night/weekends and Holidays Personal problems do not interfere with work Neat and clean appearance Spend 100% of working time standing, walking, moving in the store, reaching, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs. Sales Engage and build rapport with customers Provide extraordinary customer service per Overland culture Maintain sales goals and performance expectations Cultivate an environment promoting repeat business Use all available resources to learn and expand product knowledge Understand and use current reporting Familiar with computer applications Facilities/Maintenance Share equally in all store tasks Assist in keeping store stocked, merchandised, clean and inviting Maintain clean and organized non-selling spaces Operating Procedures Adhere to daily checklist Maintain a visually compelling store that is neat, clean and organized Assist with shipping and receiving Uphold all policies and procedures according to Employee Guidelines Report issues to Store Manager Merchandising Learn and follow merchandising standards Partner with Store Manager to assess and impact merchandising, floor planning, display and outfitting Utilize inventory reporting to support product and/or department movement, including seasonal department rotation QualificationsPrior fashion sales experience required2-5 years of luxury retail sales experience preferredStrong communications skills and demonstrated customer service skillsBachelor's degree preferredVisit overland.com to learn more
