POSITION SUMMARY The Field Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all field operations. This role involves overseeing field staff, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality control, and optimizing field activities to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Field Manager serves as the primary point of contact between field operations and upper management. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in every project we undertake, from the most straightforward tile installation to the most complex bathroom remodel OBJECTIVES Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals Define roles and responsibilities for team members and establish clear communication channels Coordinate and supervise project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the project plan and within the specified timeline Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change requests, and any other relevant project records Conduct project evaluations to assess the achievement of project goals, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback from stakeholders Prepare project closure reports and conduct post-project reviews to document successes, challenges, and areas for improvement Lead projects through excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling them to effectively guide and engage team members during meetings.
