Recruiting Director

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Director to lead and enhance a growing talent acquisition function across multiple business areas and leadership levels.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution across professional, operational, and leadership rolesBuild and strengthen proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and external partnershipsImprove recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience through standardized workflows and performance metricsPartner closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business growth goals and workforce needsDevelop and mentor recruiting team members while driving accountability and execution excellenceTrack recruiting performance metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring effectivenessQualificationsBachelor’s degree required10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, finance, accounting, or advisory environmentsExperience leading or scaling recruiting functions and building direct sourcing strategiesStrong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skillsExperience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, analytics, and talent pipeline managementProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentWillingness to travel occasionally and work collaboratively across teams
