We are looking for an expert video editor, a skilled photographer, and a versatile graphic designer who knows how to create memorable content, tell powerful stories, and keep a growing content library organized.You will play a major role in shaping the look, feel, and voice of our brands. From producing TV commercials and social media content to managing our production studio and digital asset library, this role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative side and the behind-the-scenes organization that keeps everything running smoothly.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end production of TV commercials, digital ads, social media content, recruiting videos, and marketing campaignsFilm, edit, and produce content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud toolsServe as the primary photographer for company events, team photos, office culture shoots, and marketing campaignsCreate graphic design assets for internal communications, recruiting, advertising, presentations, and branding initiativesManage the production studio, equipment inventory, maintenance, and filming scheduleBuild and maintain an organized digital asset library for raw footage, edited videos, final exports, photos, and archived contentPartner with the Marketing Director to prioritize projects, secure filming dates, coordinate talent, and execute creative ideasEnsure all content aligns with company branding, messaging, and voiceTrack audience engagement and content performance to help improve future campaignsWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or related field preferredStrong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and IllustratorExperience with professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and production setupStrong photography, videography, and graphic design skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills for project management and content organizationStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at onceDetail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality workSomeone who is collaborative, accountable, creative, and always willing to learnWhy Join Us?Competitive PayMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePet Insurance401k with 4% Company MatchPTO, Paid Holidays, and Paid Wellness TimeEmployee DiscountsOpportunity to work on exciting projects across multiple brands and marketsA company culture that values creativity, collaboration, innovation, and growthIf you are passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building brands people remember, we would love to hear from you.
