CLM Business Analyst
Role Name: CLM Business Analyst Location: Cupertino, CA - 5x/week OnsiteDuration: 6 monthsRoles & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business SMEs and cross-functional teams to understand, analyze, and refine business requirements.Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering, documenting functional and technical dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.Perform hands-on work in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), supporting configuration, process understanding, and requirement validation.Run reports using Tableau, BOBJ, or database queries to support analysis and validation activities.Develop UAT scripts, manage UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off processes.Partner with Project and Program Managers to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and timely issue resolution.Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver accurate CLM-driven solutions.CompetenciesStrong business analysis skills across requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Understanding of CLM business processes (preferably Conga CLM).Familiarity with data reporting concepts using Tableau, BOBJ, or database querying.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination.Ability to understand system dependencies and process flows across enterprise environments. Required Technical SkillsHands-on experience with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).Working knowledge of Tableau or BOBJ for reporting and data validation.Ability to run SQL/database reports for analysis.Experience writing and executing UAT scripts.Understanding of integration points and dependencies across multiple business systems. Must-Have QualificationsProven experience as a Business Analyst (not just a Reporting Analyst).Hands-on experience working with CLM platforms (Conga CLM required).Strong requirement gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder interaction experience.Ability to create, run, and manage UAT cycles.Experience coordinating with business SMEs, technical teams, and PM/Program Managers.
