Senior Superintendent – MEP (Data Center / Mission Critical Projects)Location: Atlanta Metropolitan South SuburbsA top-tier general contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent – MEP to lead complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial and mission-critical projects throughout the Atlanta area.This firm is a recognized leader in the construction of large commercial data centers, with 20+ years of experience in the space and $2B+ in annual revenue. They offer long-term stability, cutting-edge projects, and a strong pipeline of repeat clients.Position OverviewLead MEP field operations on large-scale construction projects (data centers, mission-critical facilities, and complex commercial builds)Drive schedule, safety, and quality across all MEP tradesCollaborate closely with project management, subcontractors, and client teamsOversee preconstruction planning, sequencing, and logistics for MEP scopesEnsure compliance with design specs, codes, and commissioning standardsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection tradesLead daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholdersIdentify and resolve clashes, sequencing issues, and field conflicts proactivelyTrack and enforce project schedule milestones related to MEP installationChampion jobsite safety culture and enforce all safety protocolsSupport commissioning activities and turnover processesQualifications7+ years of experience in MEP construction supervision on large commercial or mission-critical projectsProven experience working for a General Contractor on projects such as data centers, hospitals, or large industrial facilitiesStrong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and commissioning processesAbility to lead large subcontractor teams and manage complex field operationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work on projects throughout the Atlanta metro areaCompensation & BenefitsComp Package: $200K+ for qualified candidatesCombination of bonus + 401kVehicle allowance or company vehicle100% paid family health insurance premiumsAll travel expenses paid.
