Job Description The Factory Supervisor oversees production operations ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role manages a medium-sized team, directly reporting to the Plant Manager, and plays a key role in training and improving manufacturing processes. ResponsibilitiesManage daily activities of a team of 11-30 employeesSupervise production processes to meet quality and output targetsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesConduct staff training and developmentCreate and manage production schedulesGenerate reports on production performance and issuesIdentify and implement process improvements Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervisionAssociate degree in Industrial Management or related field
