Job TitleSST ASF RoverJob DescriptionCape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Special Security Technician Auxiliary Security Force (SST ASF) Rover to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The SST ASF Rover is responsible for conducting roving patrols, responding to alarms, providing access control, and offering comprehensive operational and administrative support to maintain a secure environment on a 24/7/365 basis.The pay range for this non-exempt position is $56.96 - $64.09 per hour which is comprised of a base amount of $55 - 59 per hour plus up to $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.Core Duties:Conduct roving patrols of COMPACFLT SCIFs to deter unauthorized access, detect security breaches, and ensure compliance with security regulationsRespond promptly to alarm activations, investigating the cause, and taking appropriate action to secure the areaProvide access support, verifying personnel credentials, and escorting authorized individuals within restricted areasConduct inspection readiness activitiesConduct inspections of classified material storage facilities/SCIFs/containers to identify vulnerabilities and enforce complianceProvide classified material-related policy and management recommendations and reportsProvide badge support, assisting personnel with the issuance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security access badgesPerform wireless intrusion detection security sweepsMaintain and troubleshoot the Intrusion Detection System (IDS)Provide support for Large Scale Exercises (LSE) planning, vetting, RSOI and execution, CODEL, and commander's conferencesAssist with full-spectrum access control for COMPACFLT-managed SCIFs, including emergency evacuations, drills, and eventsContribute to the Security, Education, Awareness, and Training (SETA) programTravel Requirements 0 - 10% Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredSubstantial specialized security experience demonstrating strong understanding of security principles and proceduresPrior experience in security patrols, alarm response, or law enforcement highly desirableKnowledge of DoD security program laws, regulations, and directivesProficiency in operating communication systems, security monitoring equipment, and computer applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed under pressureStrong organizational and time management skillsGeneral knowledge of operational, procedural, and technical standards for interoperability with non-DoD Federal Government agenciesValid driver's license requiredMust have an active/adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearanceMust have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Cape Fox Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibit employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, or sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
