Schedule(s)
Two 12‑hour shifts available: (rotating days)
7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m
Position Overview
Machine Operators play a key role in our manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and monitoring wire stranding, bunching, drawing, and extrusion equipment. This role supports safe, efficient production while meeting quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor wire drawing and extrusion equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate documentation
Work closely with production teams on scheduling and equipment needs
Conduct safety inspections and maintain required certifications
Record production data, QA test results, and manage spare parts inventory
Qualifications
High school diploma required; post‑secondary training preferred
2–5 years of industrial manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Reliable attendance and consistent work history
Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate clearly
Commitment to safety and teamwork
