This role involves owning key product areas and utilizing AI and generative tech to create scalable customer support solutions. It's an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.What You'll Be DoingLead technical direction by setting architecture, reliability, and performance standards.Build and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-trust, high-feedback culture.Work directly with customers to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.Own critical systems end-to-end and ensure their successful deployment.Collaborate with teams across San Francisco and Dublin to drive product and design decisions.What We're Looking ForAt least 4 years of engineering experience.Experience in a startup environment (Series A to C).Proven ability to mentor other engineers and lead technical decisions.Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $230,000 - $250,000 USDEquity options availableOpportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environmentAbout The CompanyThis company is tackling the challenge of scaling customer support while maintaining human qualities like warmth and empathy.
