Construction Project ManagerAECOM Hunt has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Project Manager for our construction project in Nashville, TN.Duties:Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.Minimum Requirements:BS Engineering/Construction Management or related curriculum and 4 years of construction project management experience or AS/AA and 6 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated construction project management experience.Experience working for a general contractor on a large construction project.Procore or similar construction project management software proficiency.Microsoft Office proficiency.OSHA 10.This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
