With a strong engineering team and technical support, the company focuses on accessible, secure, OpenWrt-based networking solutions that simplify digital life at home, on the go, and in the office.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Chantily, VA. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable delivery of networking software and services. Daily responsibilities include managing Linux-based systems, automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and security of production environments. The role involves collaborating with software developers to streamline deployment workflows, troubleshooting build and deployment issues, and improving observability and incident response processes. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of development and operations workflows.Qualifications Strong System Administration and Linux skills for managing and securing production and staging environments.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automating provisioning, configuration, and environment consistency.Hands-on background in Continuous Integration and related tooling to build, test, and deploy software efficiently.Solid Software Development fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and optimize DevOps workflows.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to maintain system reliability and performance.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and handle on-site operational responsibilities.
