About the role
The Implementation team is responsible for onboarding all Premium and Pro customers onto the AmTrav platform—a Perk company. The team takes new customers from signup to launch, providing administrative, technical, and educational support to maximize the client's experience with the platform.
What you'll be doing
You will ensure that new clients are fully prepared to use the platform to book business travel, both in technical configuration and user readiness. You will configure client accounts to their specifications, set them up to meet client needs, coordinate, tailor, and perform training sessions with Admins, Travelers, and other key stakeholders, and provide client-specific recommendations for rollout, internal communications, and timelines.
The role requires strong project and change-management skills, excellent problem-solving, keen attention to detail, creativity, and proactivity. You'll work across multiple teams—Revenue (Sales and Account Management), Product, Builders (Engineering), and Finance—to drive successful client rollouts and enable long-term success.
Your responsibilities include
Providing the first impression of AmTrav to all customers in your portfolio and serving as the primary contact during implementation.
Conducting consultative conversations to collect customer requirements.
Answering client requirements with experience-based, data-driven best-practice recommendations.
Managing rollout, providing guides, templates, and recommendations to ensure adoption and long-term success.
Coordinating and conducting training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
Providing technical support for integrations with marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
Validating client configuration and account satisfaction by monitoring booking behavior post-implementation and offering proactive support.
Collaborating across departments—Revenue, Product, Builders, Finance—to improve processes.
Analyzing completed implementations to find ways to improve both your own process and that of the team.
Embracing a continuous improvement cycle: execute, assess, improve, repeat, and evolving as the team evolves.

Compensation
Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year, plus stock options. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and job-related factors.
How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach: team members work together in-person 3 days a week. Therefore, this role requires proximity to one of our hubs. Certain roles may receive relocation support from anywhere in the world. English is the official workplace language.
