Sales Manager – Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) | Remote (US)Location: United States (Remote)OverviewWe are supporting a growing organization building out its Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) vertical in the U.S. market.This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a seasoned sales professional with a pure LPO background, capable of building pipeline from scratch and driving new client acquisition across the legal ecosystem.What You’ll Be DoingDrive new business development across law firms and corporate legal departmentsOwn the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → client engagement → proposal → closeSell outsourced legal services including:eDiscovery supportDocument review and legal data processingContract abstraction and managementLitigation and compliance-related supportBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-to-large deals ($50K–$500K+)Position offshore delivery models with a focus on quality, efficiency, and complianceWork closely with delivery teams to ensure successful executionWhat We’re Looking For7–10+ years of sales experience within Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO)Proven track record of closing new business (hunter profile)Strong network across law firms and corporate legal teams in the U.S.Experience selling outsourced legal services (not legal tech/software)Ability to operate independently and build pipeline from zeroCompensationCompetitive base + commission (OTE structure to be aligned based on experience)
