We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceBonus potentialHealth insurance package401KPaid vacationCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceDuties & Responsibilities:Lead the estimating process for large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projectsReview project specifications, drawings, and scope to develop comprehensive and competitive bidsConduct detailed take-offs, ensuring accurate material and labor cost estimatesWork closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure seamless project executionAnalyze historical cost data and supplier pricing to improve estimating accuracyAttend pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs to verify project conditionsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricingOversee junior estimators, providing mentorship and technical guidanceCollaborate on value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs and efficiencyEnsure all estimates comply with company standards, industry regulations, and contract requirementsQualifications:7+ years of electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractorExpertise in estimating commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsProficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConestStrong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and cost controlAbility to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts with precisionExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsStable work historyPrevious experience in a leadership or senior estimating roleYour resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.Compensation 100K-130KTake the next step in your career-apply today!Contact Ricky Pellinger directly for more information: (763) 308-2302Ricky.Pellinger@gogpac.com
