Ruby Developer/EngineerNew York$150,000 per annumWe are working with a brilliant tech company based in New York who have a leading digital commerce and data platform.They are looking for a technically strong, problem-solving-oriented engineer with deep Ruby on Rails experience to join the team in a hybrid Tech Support + Site Reliability Engineering role.You will act as a reliability champion embedded between engineering, operations, and customers. Your primary focus will be investigating and resolving complex production issues, improving system stability, and driving meaningful fixes and enhancements across the full stack (Ruby on Rails + Angular). You thrive on root-cause analysis, turning incidents into lasting improvements, and balancing deep technical work with clear customer communication.The role is 4 days onsite in New York and is paying up to $150,000 per annum.
