The practice emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and accessible care supported by integrated services and modern patient communication tools.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations for adult patients and manage acute and chronic conditionsOrder and interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and coordinate specialty referralsProvide preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and patient educationCollaborate closely with physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and support staff to ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standardsPractice HighlightsAdult-focused internal medicine practice, caring for patients ages 18+ with an emphasis on preventive care and long-term health managementComprehensive on-site services, including blood draw, behavioral health support, care management, clinical pharmacy services, and certain diagnostic testingTelemedicine and secure patient portal, providing flexible access and improved care coordinationConvenient Slingerlands location in the Vista Boulevard area with an established patient base and strong community presenceStable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday daytime hours) supporting predictable workflow and work–life balanceCompetitive Salaries starting at $125,000
